William Kariuki Mwangi is a pioneer leader in competitive rafting sports in Kenya and Africa, with over 25 years of experience in leadership coaching, team building facilitation, and international sports event management. As the Founder and Group CEO of Rapids Camp Ltd, he has built Kenya’s leading rafting and adrenaline sports enterprise, positioning the country as a white water rafting in Africa and the World.
Renowned for his strategic vision and execution, William has worked with elite forces including the Kenya Defence Forces since 2014 as a team builder and Water Sports Training. He also plays a key role in shaping rafting governance at both Kenya Rafting Federation, Africa Rafting Council and United Rafting.
