However, the federation has a lot to do to give back to Mother Nature. This comes by conservation of the rivers eco-system, protect tree cutting, afforestation, river cleaner-ups involving the community and general welfare of the federation and athletes. Other expenses includes paying of office rents, salaries, wages and other general expenses.
Therefore, organizations, individuals or families who would like to give back to the community can do so by booking with us for Rafting Environmental Challenge for Charity. A small fee of Ksh8000/-, and 100USD can be paid to the federation account.
After the rafting challenge, every individual will plant a tree in remembrance of the challenge and it’s upon KRF to take care of the tree until your next trip.
